Copper ammonia composite filament yarn

Copper ammonia filament yarn is a fine denier porous rayon fiber developed by Asahi Kasei Corporation of Japan.

Copper ammonia fiber cross-section is circular, no skin core structure, fiber can withstand high tensile, the produced monofilaments are finer, generally 1.33dtex below (1.2 denier), up to 0.44dtex (0.4 denier). So the fabric feels soft, the luster is soft, and there is a sense of silk.

Copper ammonia composite filament yarn is made of copper ammonia and nylon or polyester network composite, which not only reduces the cost, but also does not lose the excellent performance of copper ammonia yarn, but also brings new changes and styles to the product.

The more common composite way is 30D copper ammonia and 40D nylon wire network composite, or 30D copper ammonia and 30/50D polyester silk network composite, the production of fabrics can be dyed two-color effect, comfortable and smooth, can be used in underwear products. Sorona-PTT filament and copper-ammonia composite twisted filament yarn have also been developed.
