Sylon® Low melting point yarn

Sylon® Low melting point fiber is a thermal bonding fiber that can be widely used in the bonding of mesh, shoe material, neckline, cuffs, special yarns and other fields.

Its main materials are polyester, nylon and polyethylene. From the perspective of fiber structure, there are all-melting low-melting fiber, leather core two-component low-melting fiber, and low-melting yarn, also known as hot melt yarn.

• 110℃ low melting point set yarn /（stabilized yarn）: 16N 21N (can be dyed any color, 5kg MOQ)
• 180°/230° shell core low melting point polyester DTY yarn: 400D 600D 800D 1200D
• 85°/100° 100% nylon low melting point filament (black/white) : 50D 75D 100D 150D 300D
• 130~140° shell core PP/PA filament: 75D 100D 140D 200D 300D
