Sweat-Invisible (Hidden Sweat) Cool and UV-Resistant Yarn

Sweat-invisible hidden sweat yarn is a type of yarn that can conceal and disperse sweat, effectively preventing sweat stains on clothing during physical activities, thereby ensuring the aesthetic and neat appearance of the garments.

When combined with cool and UV-resistant properties, sweat-invisible yarn can create a three-in-one cooling yarn, which is particularly suitable for sportswear fabrics.

During the use of sweat-invisible hidden sweat yarn, it should be applied to the outer layer of the fabric. In the dyeing and finishing processes, the grey fabric should first undergo pre-setting, with the setting temperature needing to be above 150°C. This yarn should not be subjected to alkali weight reduction treatment.

When dyeing, compared to conventional yarns, it will have a lighter color uptake. Therefore, higher concentrations of dyes, longer heat retention times, and the use of leveling agents and dispersing agents are required for processing. Additionally, anti-yellowing additives should be appropriately included.
