A wellness fiber embedded with germanium-titanium composite nano-powder. 

The fiber contains germanium, titanium, zinc, warming ceramics, tourmaline and other bio-beneficial elements. 

Germanium’s outer shell carries four unstable electrons; when the temperature exceeds 32 °C these electrons are excited, escape their orbits and release health-promoting negative ions and far-infrared rays. 

Worn next to the skin, the fiber emits negative ions and far-infrared radiation, re-orders the body’s electrical charge array, and thus effectively reduces fatigue, promotes blood flow, enhances immunity and improves sleep quality. 

Sylon® fiber’s normal-direction far-infrared emissivity is ≥ 90 %, the temperature rise is ≥ 2.3 °C, giving a marked warming effect that accelerates circulation. The hand feel is dry, bulky and perceptibly warmer. Negative-ion emission exceeds 620 ions/cm³, relieving fatigue and reinforcing immunity. Zinc ions additionally impart excellent antibacterial properties. 

Germanium-rich health fibers are already mass-used in Japan for functional textiles and are also incorporated into necklaces, bracelets and other accessories that combine health care with fashion. 

Typical end-uses: underwear, loungewear, home textiles, socks, knee supports and similar products.
