Sylon® Low melting point  yarn DTY, also known as non-adhesive filament yarn, is a kind of thermal adhesive yarn, which has good thermal adhesion, no glue when used, environmental health, no odor, can be widely used in perfume sticks, pen tips, oil storage cotton, mesh, filter and other products.

Sylon® Low melting point yarn DTY is made of a leather core structure by adding modified monomers to the conventional polymer to reduce the melting point of the polymer. A variety of fibers with different melting points can be prepared by using different modified monomers and the amount of addition.

At present, the melting point is divided into 170-180 ° C and 220-230 ° C, of which 170-180 ° C is mostly used for the development of oil storage cotton, 220-230 ° C is mostly used for the development of perfume sticks, pen tips, filter elements, mesh and other products.

170~180°shell / core low melting point yarn: 140D 280D 560D 1120D, mainly used for self-bonding oil storage。

220~230° Core low melting point Polyester yarn: 400D, 600D, 800D, 1200D, available in white, black, light green, light pink, light brown, light gray, etc., mainly used for self-adhesive perfume sticks, pen tips, filter elements, mesh sheets, and other products.
