Sylon®Thermo-regulated yarn

Thermo-regulated yarn is a kind of intelligent temperature control yarn which absorbs heat at high temperature and releases heat at low temperature.

The fiber contains a heat-sensitive phase-change material wrapped in microcapsules, which can convert solid and liquid into each other under temperature changes, and has the function of storing and releasing heat. When the temperature rises, the solid changes to a liquid, trapping heat and keeping the skin cool. When the temperature drops, the liquid changes to a solid, releasing heat and keeping the skin warm.

By incorporating microcapsules into low-temperature masterbatch or slurry, adding them during fiber spinning, and giving the fiber some antibacterial and moisture absorber powder, we have developed multifunctional thermo-regulated yarn.

It can not only regulate the temperature, but also has good moisture absorption and antibacterial properties, which can be applied to underwear, sweaters, sports T-shirts, knee pads and other products.
