Sylon ®Flame retardant yarn

Sylon® flame retardant fibers are prepared by spinning a highly fused phosphorus-based flame retardant chips.Phosphorous flame retardant chip is embedded with phosphorous monomer by copolymerization, so it has permanent flame retardant effect.

The general phosphorus content of flame retardant polyester fiber is 6500ppm, the corresponding LOI is ≥32, and the special requirements can be up to 10000ppm. In addition, flame retardant fibers with antibacterial properties can be prepared by adding antibacterial masterbatch in the spinning process.

Phosphorus-based flame retardant polyester fiber is widely used in home textiles, protective clothing and other textiles because of its low price and high quality.
