Temperature-sensitive color-changing fibers, also known as thermochromic fibers, are special fibers that change color in response to specific temperatures. They can be widely used in fashion clothing, accessories, anti-counterfeiting labels, shoe materials, ropes, wigs, and other fields.

SYLONAT® thermochromic fibers are specialized fibers that undergo acolor change at specific temperatures. They are produced by adding thermochromic powder to the fiber spinning process. SYLONAT® thermochromic fibers can be widely used in various fields such as fashion clothing, accessories, anti-counterfeiting labels, footwear materials, ropes, and wigs.

SYLONAT® thermochromic fibers have several specific color-changing temperatures, commonly including: 22°, 25°, 28°, 31°, 33°, 35°, 38°, etc. Currently, we mainly produce 31° thermochromic fibers, available in 18 colors, as shown in the comparison chart below.

The commonly stocked colors are primarily No. 8, which changes from blue to white at 31°C, and No. 5, which changes from green to white at 31°C.

The color-changing speed of the 31°C thermochromic fibers is influenced by environmental temperature; higher temperatures result in faster color changes. However, if the temperature exceeds 31°C, the fibers will not change color.
