SYLONWARM® Full-dull Hollow Thermal Insulation Yarn

SYLONWARM® is a type of hollow-structured fiber produced through a special spinning process. Fabrics made from SYLONWARM® offer excellent warmth retention, lightweight comfort, and a soft hand feel.

With a hollowness of ≥15%, SYLONWARM® traps a large amount of static air inside the fiber, significantly enhancing thermal insulation. Compared to conventional fibers of the same thickness, SYLONWARM® is over 15% lighter, giving it a uniquely lightweight feel.

Thanks to its superior thermal performance and light weight, SYLONWARM® is ideal for thermal underwear, lightweight garments, and more.

SYLONWARM® Full-dull Hollow Thermal Insulation Yarn incorporates a high concentration of matte thermal-insulating particles into the hollow fiber, resulting in a drier hand feel and enhanced thermal insulation. Currently, 75D/72f and 150D/144f are in mass production and available from stock.

We have also developed multifunctional hollow thermal fibers, including:
